When I first get the luggage, how do I set the code?

1. Turn the dials to the correct combination (0-0-0).
2. Press down the button by a tool, set the new combination (e.g.: 8-8-8), then pull the square part.
3. Lock the case again, and now you can open the lock with the new combination.

If the luggage I received was damaged, who can I look for?

Why is there no zipper pull on the interior liner zipper of the suitcase?

Why wasn't a key included with the luggage I received?
